A European bistrot style pop-up by Chantz Blakeslee and KT Merchant.

Show up anytime from 5:30-8:30pm for good food, wine, and music.

About Chantz and KT
KT Merchant and Chantz Blakeslee both grew up in Cleveland, Ohio working in small restaurants. They moved to Chicago in 2019 to immerse themselves into Michelin restaurants and further their culinary experience, both working for Noah Sandoval at Oriole. From there they moved to the west coast to surround themselves with the long seasonality of produce and seafood from Monterey Bay.
The pop-up name Prune Deux is a nod to Cleveland and Chantz's time spent cooking at The Plum, where he was first introduced to working with farmers and creating small menus.
“Prune Deux is a collective expression of everything we love about food, service, and wine. Our food is focused on seasonality and simplicity often inspired by European bistrots and cafes.”
