This dinner is Chef Ashley’s love letter to Italy shared through a collection of dishes inspired by the simplicity, places, flavors, and memories that captured her heart during her journey. Our friends at Holman Ranch will be pouring a curated selection of three wines to pair with Ashley’s menu.
